Pants!

This year has got off to a great start for Tweed Togs when our application for pants from the charity Smalls for All® was successful!!. 

Smalls for All® is a charity that collects new underwear for people in Africa and the UK who either can’t afford or can’t get any. Like ourselves, they believe that having new underwear is important for a persons' dignity. We received 300 pairs of pants which was very generous!! This will allow us to continue to put 5 new pants in each of our referrals so we received enough pants for 60 referrals!!This sounds alot but as we have been had a very busy start to the year and are currently receiving around 10 referrals a week, we will use all 300 pants in approximately 2 months. 

So we are continuing to submit funding applications to support our work including applications to go towards the cost of new underwear and other essential clothing that we are unable to source from the donations of preloved clothing we receive.
